Hi, I am Sally, conservationist, storyteller, creative.

Helo, Sally ydw i, cadwraethwr, storïwr, creadigol.
― My background
With over 10 years’ experience across the non-profit and commercial sectors, I specialise in communications and documentary production. I began my career in Wales producing natural history films for the BBC and S4C, before moving into marine conservation to align my work with my concern for the oceans. Alongside my conservation work, I take on freelance projects that keep my filmmaking skills sharp and adaptable. My current focus is on using media to drive impact—bringing people together, finding common ground, and accelerating research-led conservation efforts. In 2019, I was honoured with the Jackson Wild Rising Star Award which amplifies emerging leaders in nature, conservation and science media.

― FY NGHEFNDIR
Gyda dros 10 mlynedd o brofiad ar draws y sectorau di-elw a masnachol, rwy'n arbenigo mewn cyfathrebu a chynhyrchu rhaglenni dogfen. Dechreuais fy ngyrfa yng Nghymru yn cynhyrchu ffilmiau bywyd gwyllt ar gyfer y BBC ac S4C, cyn symud i’r sector gadwraeth i ganolbwyntio fy ngwaith i leihau'r bygythiadau sy'n wynebu'r cefnforoedd. Wrth ymyl fy ngwaith cadwraeth, rwy'n cymryd prosiectau llawrydd sy'n cadw fy sgiliau ffilmio yn finiog ac yn addasadwy. Fy ffocws presennol yw defnyddio cyfryngau i ysgogi effaith— dod â phobl gyda’i gilydd, gan ddod o hyd i dir cyffredin, a chyflymu ymdrechion cadwraeth dan arweiniad ymchwil. Yn 2019, wnes i ennill Gwobr Jackson Wild Rising Star sy'n rhoi sylw i arweinwyr sy'n dod i'r amlwg ym myd cyfryngau natur, cadwraeth a gwyddoniaeth.
